This is the same Aerobic Dance class you took in the 80’s except it’s designed for Baby Boomers! No high impact steps anymore, but easy to follow LOW IMPACT aerobic dance routines. As you dance to the oldies, disco and current songs, you won’t realize that you are actually exercising in this one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning FUN! Class concludes strength training exercises to sculpt arms, flatten stomach and tighten buttocks and thighs.
